Equipment

  • Large Mixing Bowl
  • Rubber Spatula
  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper
  • Airtight Container

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ROLLED OATS
  • 1/2 cup VANILLA PROTEIN POWDER
  • 1/2 cup CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER
  • 1/3 cup RAW HONEY
  • 1/2 cup DRIED CRANBERRIES
  • 2 tbsp GROUND FLAX SEEDS
  • 1 tbsp CHIA SEEDS
  • 1/2 tsp CINNAMON
  • 1 tbsp WATER if needed

Instructions

Step 1:

  • Get your large mixing bowl ready. Add the rolled oats first. Pour in the protein powder now. Stir them until they look even.

Step 2:

  • Add the ground flax seeds next. Toss in the chia seeds too. Sprinkle the cinnamon over the top. Mix all the dry parts well.

Step 3:

  • Add the creamy peanut butter now. Pour the raw honey on top. These are your wet ingredients. They will make the dough thick.

Step 4:

  • Use your spatula to stir everything. The dough will become very heavy. Keep mixing until it is smooth. Ensure no dry oats remain.

Step 5:

  • Fold in the dried cranberries last. Distribute them evenly in the dough. This ensures fruit in every bite. The dough should be sticky.

Step 6:

  • Wash your hands very well. Scoop a tablespoon of the dough. Roll it between your palms. Make a smooth round ball.

Step 7:

  • Place the ball on the sheet. Repeat until all dough is gone. You should have twelve balls. Space them out on the paper.

Step 8:

  • Put the sheet in the fridge. Let them chill for thirty minutes. This makes them firm. Now they are ready to eat!
