Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup MAYONNAISE
  • 2 cloves GARLIC
  • 2 tbsp LEMON JUICE
  • 1 tsp DIJON MUSTARD
  • 1 tsp WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
  • 1 tsp ANCHOVY PASTE
  • 1/2 cup PARMESAN CHEESE
  • 1/4 tsp BLACK PEPPER

Instructions
 

Step 1:

  • Grab a clean small mixing bowl now. Scoop your creamy mayonnaise into the bowl. Make sure the bowl is dry first.

Step 2:

  • Add your fresh crushed garlic next. Pour in the lemon juice and mustard. Use a small spoon to scrape everything.

Step 3:

  • Whisk the mixture until it looks smooth. Add the Worcestershire sauce and anchovy paste. Keep stirring until the color is even.

Step 4:

  • Stir in the finely grated Parmesan cheese. Add a pinch of cracked black pepper. Mix it one last time very well.

Notes

Let the dressing sit for ten minutes before serving.
