Equipment

  • Large Mixing Bowl
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Stiff Spatula
  • Cookie Scoop
  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup PB2 POWDER
  • 1/2 cup OAT FLOUR
  • 1/4 cup PROTEIN POWDER
  • 2 tbsp HONEY
  • 2 tbsp ALMOND MILK
  • 1 tbsp CHOCOLATE CHIPS
  • 1 pinch SALT

Instructions

Step 1: Combine the dry ingredients

  • Whisk the PB2 powder and oat flour together. Add your protein powder and the salt. Mix them well in the large bowl.

Step 2: Add the liquid sweeteners

  • Pour the honey or maple syrup into the bowl. Add a splash of the almond milk now. Stir until the mixture looks like thick sand.

Step 3: Fold in the chocolate chips

  • Add the mini chocolate chips to the mixture. Use your spatula to fold them in evenly. Ensure the chips are spread throughout the dough.

Step 4: Adjust the dough consistency

  • Check if the dough is too dry. Add one teaspoon of milk if needed. The dough should feel like soft playdough.

Step 5: Roll into small balls

  • Use your scoop to grab some dough. Roll it between your palms to form balls. Place each ball on the lined baking sheet.

Step 6: Chill in the refrigerator

  • Put the tray in the fridge for thirty minutes. This helps the oats soak up the moisture. The balls will become firm and very tasty.

Notes

Use wet hands to roll the balls easily.
Check your protein powder flavor before adding extra sweetener.
Store these in a sealed container for freshness.
Add a little cinnamon for a warm flavor profile.
