Equipment

  • Small Mixing Bowl
  • Whisk
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Glass Jar
  • Spatula

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup MAYONNAISE
  • 1 tbsp SRIRACHA
  • 1 tbsp HONEY
  • 1/2 tsp GARLIC POWDER
  • 1/2 tsp SMOKED PAPRIKA
  • 1 tsp LEMON JUICE
  • 1 pinch SALT

Instructions

Step 1:

  • Gather all your ingredients on the counter. Make sure your mixing bowl is clean and dry. This helps the sauce blend much better.

Step 2:

  • Add the mayonnaise to the small mixing bowl. Use a spatula to get it all out. This base makes the sauce very thick.

Step 3:

  • Pour in the honey and the sriracha next. Adjust the sriracha if you want less heat. Whisk these three ingredients until they combine.

Step 4:

  • Sprinkle in the garlic powder and smoked paprika. Add the lemon juice for a bit of zing. Mix everything again until the color is even.

Step 5:

  • Taste the sauce with a clean spoon now. Add a pinch of salt if it needs it. Your sauce is now ready to be served.

Notes

Use high-quality mayo for the best possible flavor.
Let the sauce sit for an hour to develop.
Add more honey if you prefer a sweeter dip.
Whisk briskly to remove any small spice clumps.
Fresh lemon juice tastes better than bottled juice.
